(Korean&English) Sales Manager
Job Description
- Business Development strategy: Build up sales strategy for assigned customer/area (Western), expand business scale, promote company’s services addressing/predicting.
 - Market research/Sale plan/marketing tools/Bidding tender progress & result.
 - Customers management : regular visit, sales calls, making SHI for customers.
 - Cost management: communicate the benefits of company services with customer, and design suitable solution to customer’s need.
 - Achieve the yearly budget of Revenue, Profit and volume.
 - Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to Business Development Section.
 - Process & KPI system build up.
 - Understand new project and lead cross function teams to make it succeed.
 
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of in Transport Economics or other relevant fields.
 
Required working experience
- Experience in relevant in logistics.
 
Required language
- Proficiency in English.
 - Communication and negotiation skills.
 - Good at Korean is prefer.
 
Required skills and knowledge
- Knowledge of economics, trade.
 - Knowledge of market.
 - Knowledge in Logistics field, supply chain management.
 - Motivation for sale.
 - Time management and Planning skills.
 - Problem solving and decision making skills.
