Finance Manager

Job Description

• Be a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.
• Lead and control all financial activities within Company, from budgeting, forecasting, review process, and reports
• Analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and control the financial performance of the business, identify areas of risk, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
• Provide financial support and analysis for business initiatives, including project investments, customer credits, network planning, partnerships, cost savings, productivity…
• Proactive for continuous process efficiency to support fast-paced business needs.
• Overlook and manage accounting team and activities in precise and timely manners

Required qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Required working experience

• 5 years of experience as Finance Manager for Manufacturing & Trading Company. (Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is an advanced)
• Working experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
• Experiences in working with cross-functionals and communicating with senior leaders.

Required language

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Speaking/ writing/ listening& daily communication)

Required knowledge and skills

• Excellent knowledge of financial management obligations, especially statutory accounting/financial obligations and requirements
• Be an analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Good at presenting financial topics to non-financials.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• PC skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI…
