Senior Operation Director
Job Description
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of each brand’s performance, including revenue, margin, operating profit, and working capital metrics.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize gross margins across our portfolio of brands, including pricing optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and product mix analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities for margin enhancement.
- Partner with brand managers to establish targets and action plans for improving operating profit performance.
- Analyze operating expenses and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings without compromising brand growth and customer experience.
Required qualifications
- Education: Any related.
Required working experience
- At least 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managing complex and dynamic operations in an Omni-channel distribution / eCommerce environment..
Required languages
- English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
Required knowledge and skills
- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record to analyze and build optimization strategy for operational excellence
- Strong focus on standardizing and simplifying processes, setting up operational principles, improve objectives and KPI, and train team members.
- Analytical and able to utilize data and Business Intelligence to make informed decisions.
Strong bias for actions to achieve positive outcomes for business.
