Senior Sales Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description
- Make sale plans for the assigned products according to monthly sales targets.
 - Find, approach and explore customer needs. Introduce, consult, offer and close deal with customers.
 - Communicate with customers and provide information for relevant teams to make contracts and appendices. Send contracts, appendices to customer and collect confirmed contracts, appendices from them.
 - Follow up and update the status of incoming goods for customers.
 - Participate in following up and inform customers about their payment terms to ensure collecting debt fully and timely.
 - Take care and visit customers. Monitor the status of product usage and provide technical advice for customers.
 - Collect and summarize the latest market and customer movement frequently.
 - Expand market and potential customers.
 - Participate with QC team for quality issues when needed.
 - Participate in the complaints solving process such as: collecting evidence, making reports, consulting with superiors and related teams, discussing and negotiating with customers, etc.
 - Make assigned reports, including: sales reports, etc.
 
Required working experience
- From 5 years of experience in a similar position in wood industry.
 
Required qualification
- Graduate from College or higher.
 
Required languages
- Ability to use English in verbal and written forms, priority for the candidate who is fluent in 2 or more languages.
 
Required knowledge and skills
In-depth knowledge of wood industry, area culture, principles of negotiations.
- Solid professional knowledge and frequently update market information, market trends.
 - Ability to cooperate, communicate and negotiate with others.
 - Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
 - Ability to collect and summarize data.
 - Ability to solve problems arising in sales.
 - Ability to work in team and independently, and under pressure.
 - Honest, detailed-oriented, eager to learn and have high sense of responsibility.
